Fine screens, positioned right after the coarse screens, are sensitive mechanical pre-treatment equipment used to retain smaller-sized solid matter, fibers, hair strings, paper, and food residues in the water that can escape from coarse screens.

 Especially in biological treatment plants (activated sludge basins) or MBR systems, these small fibrous materials in the water can wrap around aerators, causing mechanical malfunctions or clog membrane pores, leading to serious performance losses.

 Fine screens decisively prevent these micro-pollutants from passing to the biological stage.

 The bar or hole openings of our fine screens are generally designed in extremely precise dimensions ranging from 1 mm to 10 mm.

 Depending on the needs of the sector and your project, we manufacture Static Sieves, Rotary Drum Fine Screens, Step Screens, or Multi-Rake Fine Screens.

 While our step screens reduce the risk of clogging to zero thanks to their self-cleaning special step structure;

 our multi-rake systems have a high-speed solids removal capacity.

 Operating with a fully automatic control philosophy, our fine screens, which can be designed completely enclosed (to prevent odor emissions), guarantee the process quality of your facility with their stainless steel bodies and low energy consuming motor groups.
