Ultrapure water systems are water production systems with ultra-low conductivity (or high resistance) obtained by completely removing almost all ions, minerals, silica, and conductivity-giving components in water.

In areas such as the pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics production, electronic circuit manufacturing, chemical laboratories, the glass processing industry, and high-pressure boiler feed waters, standard treated water is never sufficient.

In these fields, water is needed in its "pure" form. Our ultrapure water systems are designed with special process combinations to meet the strict quality criteria (ASTM, USP, ISO standards) of these very sensitive and high-standard industries.

A multi-stage treatment architecture is generally applied in ultrapure water production.

Water passing through pre-treatment is first directed to a Double Pass Reverse Osmosis system. Here, the conductivity of the water is greatly reduced.

Then, EDI (Electrodeionization) or Mixed Bed deionized resin columns are activated to catch the remaining final ions.

EDI technology continuously regenerates resins with the help of electrical current without using chemicals, providing uninterrupted and ultra-pure water (< 0.1 µS/cm) production.

In our systems, UV disinfection systems to destroy microorganisms in the water and ultrafiltration modules to retain endotoxins are also integrated.

Equipped entirely with stainless steel (SS316L) or orbitally welded piping systems, sanitation cycles, and precise on-line analyzers, our ultrapure water systems guarantee your process safety and product quality at the highest level.
