Package treatment systems are portable and modular treatment solutions designed to treat domestic wastewater generated in remote settlements, factories, construction sites, hotels, holiday villages, and housing estates far from the central sewage network, housing all units within a single compact body (usually a container or custom-made tank).
In cases where the construction of large reinforced concrete facilities is not economically or spatially possible, package treatment systems provide an excellent alternative with their fast installation, low initial investment cost, and high treatment efficiency.
The system generally operates biologically according to the "Sequencing Batch Reactor" (SBR) principle.
In these systems, which are factory-produced and quickly commissioned in the field by making only inlet-output pipe connections and electrical connections;
equalization, aeration, settling, and discharge processes are carried out sequentially within the same tank under time control.
During the aeration phase, the oxygen supplied to the water via silent and highly efficient blowers ensures the multiplication of aerobic microorganisms (activated sludge) in the basin, allowing them to consume the organic pollutants (BOD, COD) in the water.
Afterwards, aeration is stopped, the sludge is expected to settle to the bottom, and the clean water remaining on top passes through the disinfection (chlorination) stage and is safely discharged into nature or reused in areas such as garden irrigation.
Our package treatment systems, which do not require any expert operator thanks to the fully automatic PLC control panel, are manufactured from corrosion-resistant epoxy-painted carbon steel or fiberglass materials and offer a 100% compliance guarantee with Environmental Legislation discharge standards.
